Skinning XP

I was recently watching an ASP.NET 2.0 webcast by the awesome Fritz Onion when I noticed (or thought I noticed) that his desktop looked a little different. After digging round a bit I found I found a tool that allows you to change the look and feel of Windows XP quite radically and it's called Windows Blinds. I've currently got mine set to the longhorn slate (the dark grey). This particular skin is not in the default bits so it came from here. The tool is free to a certain extent by the way.
